Wattle Tree Support Services has partnered with Trilogy Care, an approved Support at Home provider, to ensure you have access to our services via your Support at Home funding.
Trilogy Care can administer your care package while you have the flexibility to work with the service providers of your choice. Both organisations are focused on empowering you to maximise your care hours and wellbeing by giving you choice, control and independence over your care.
